What we collect
Through the inquiry form we collect only: your name, e-mail address, preferred dates, boat/route selection and your message. Phone number is optional. We collect nothing else, and we use no tracking cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts.

Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to answer your inquiry and possibly agree on dates (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request). No contract is concluded and no payment is made on this website.

Processors
To deliver the e-mail with your inquiry we use Resend, Inc. (https://resend.com) as a processor under a data processing agreement (DPA). The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Data is never sold or shared with third parties for other purposes.

Retention
Inquiries are kept for at most 12 months after the last communication, unless a business relationship follows — then data is kept as required by accounting law.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. Send requests to info@sailboreas.com. We reply within 30 days.

If you believe processing is unlawful you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, https://azop.hr.
